L2 End User Support Engineer
with English

Your main responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd line support for international customer
- Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows system
- Cooperating with users from different departments
- Analyzing and solving problems
- Escalation major problems to 3rd level of support
Our requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge about PC/Laptops configuration (software and hardware)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Domain and TCP/IP
- Problem solving orientation and good communication skills
