Currently for our client, who is providing intelligent employment screening solutions around the globe, we are looking for Deskside Support Engineer who will be providing support to offices in Katowice and Estonia
Job specification:
• Solving support incoming request from I.T Helpdesk
• Being responsible for the use and maintenance of software deployment products
• Supporting server and infrastructure issues
• Mentoring support team in region and Estonia
• Providing daily technical support for team members, staff and clients
• Supporting preparation of technical documentation
• Taking part in operational projects
• Intermittent business trips
Requirements:
• A minimum 5 years of experience on Helpdesk position
• Experience in: Active directory, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Network Printing, VPN, VDI
• Familiar with hardware repair for desktop and laptops
• Understanding of imaging technologies and Antivirus and desktop encryption technologies
• Knowledge of IP telephony
• Leadership skills
• Very good communication in English
