In our Warsaw office we employ more than 500 specialists including Project Managers, Linguists, Engineers, DTP Specialists, Graphics, Web Developers and also subject matter experts, content developers and quality assurance professionals.

Currently we are looking for candidates interested in cooperation as: Test Lead – Games.

The purpose of the Test Lead role is to lead and own all testing activities for the project or projects assigned adhere to schedule, budget and release the highest quality product prior to release.

Responsibilities:

  • own the quality of the assigned projects
  • create, update and maintain all project testing documentation such as test plans, test cases and progression status to ensure effective testing coverage throughout the project
  • primary point of contact with customers on a project level
  • lead, co-ordinate, support and guide the test team through the production testing cycle
  • ensure tasks and responsibilities are clearly communicated and assigned to each member of the testing team
  • own the project bug database and the quality of the bug reports
  • ensure that projects are released on time, within budget and to the highest possible quality
  • train new testing staff

Requirements:

  • strong, proven experience in a Test Lead role in the video games industry
  • minimum of two years functional games testing experience
  • fluency in verbal and written English (C1, C2)
  • experience in assembling testing team and team management
  • experience in dealing with games studios
  • excellent negotiation, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • strong game playing abilities and good understanding of the various genres
  • working knowledge and experience using bug tracking tools
  • bachelor’s degree
