Currently we are looking for candidates interested in the following position:
Junior Helpdesk/IT Administrator
Place of work: Warsaw

Requirements:
• degree/diploma/certificates in IT (or studies in progress)
• English language command allowing very good written and spoken communication
• ability to work any given shift (three shift rotation 24/7)
• strong knowledge of Microsoft family of OS, and Microsoft suite of applications
• minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical support environment
• ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to all levels of users and management
• ability to work responsibly within the team with or without direct supervision
• friendly personality, good interpersonal abilities
• analytical and problem solving skills and attitude
• ability to handle constantly changing flow of workload
• ability to efficiently prioritize
Scope of responsibilities:
• first level technical support for corporate users and external customers
• corporate systems administration monitoring
• conducting periodical system checkups
• following defined procedures and processes
